Please use the Banana Bread Muffin Recipe that is found in the blog archives on May 21st.
It's the same recipe, minus the bananas. Please keep in mind you will still use the store bought applesauce for moisture...but then to replace the bananas, you will add 1/2c -3/4c homemade chunky applesauce.
This recipe makes 11 muffins at 1sp each.
