1T & 1t Splenda granulated
1 Egg
1/2t unsweetened cocoa powder
Nuke 1 minute in a sprayed mug.
Pop out, cool and slice into 3 layers.
Spray about 1T of ff reddiwip between the 2 layers.
Add sf hersheys syrup to the top and add a 3rd T of ff reddiwip.
