I really wanted my pita pizza today for lunch. BUT...as you know, I'm limiting whole grains.
So I found a chicken crust on pinterest...it was delish!!
In my version...its just a can of chicken-drained and cooked until dry in a skillet, 2 Eggs, 2T reduced fat parm...then I added garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
On parchment paper spread to make 2 personal pizzas...cook 8 mins 450-500 , then flip and cook another 5 mins. Take out... I used 3/8c pizza sauce, 3/8 Skim Mozz , 14 Turkey Pepperoni and 1 slice Jones Canadian Bacon.
One of my personal pizzas turned out to be 4sp. Baked them both...will freeze and air fry when I need the second one.
