Homemade Hot Pockets

So... I have one of those pampered chef gadgets that make those pb & j uncrustable frozen sandwhiches. I've already made those and posted them for 5sp using Jif. As opposed to 7sp in the stores. 2sp if using pb2 and sf jam.

Anyhoo...
I got to thinking today
about making a "calzone" or "hot pocket"... but to save a point from 2 slices of bread, I used 1/2 of a Joseph's Lavash Bread for 1sp.
I had some wasted lavash bread when using the gadget...so I will make a standard rectangular shape next time.

Take the lavash bread(1sp), Add 1/3c ff ricotta(1sp)  4 slices turkey pepperoni(0sp), cut into pieces & 1/8c Aldi pizza sauce...use the
remaining 1/8c to dip.  Total 1/4c (1sp)
Spray outside with Pam to crisp...Air fry for about 5-7 mins.

You can use whatever filling you want!
Ham & Cheese
Turkey & Cheese
Breakfast version with eggs, cheese, sausage...
Taco filling
Apple Pie filling ( I use my homemade chunky applesauce)

Enjoy!
