I had an extra shish kabob left over from dinner last night...so I added it to breakfast!
Steak, zucchini & red onion shish kabob w/ 2 over easy eggs and a 1/3c cubed air fried potatoes.
WW Core corn muffin
with sf syrup
Apple
Shredded wheat " triscuits "
Pomegranate seeds
( too full for yogurt)
Ham & Cheese Sammie
Balsamic Rosemary Chicken
Sweet Potato
Chocolate Cheesecake Whip
Tortillas/ salsa
