Bake at 375 for 20 mins.
I made 8 regular size muffins for 2sp each. I had sauce to dip... but I decided I liked it better without sauce! The muffin had a similar taste to pizza bread. You will see a pic later on my daily menu pic.
**Substitutions I used was Kodiak instead of flour, egg sub instead of egg, reduced fat mozzarella instead of regular.**
