Simply Filling Day 1


SF Day 1


Egg sandwich
Banana w/ cinnamon & splenda
Nectarine
"Triscuits" made from shredded wheat and sea salt
Pear
Ham, cheese, potato quiche
Banana Blueberry Oatmeal Cup
Cheeseburg on a thin
Potato with Sour Cream, Cheddar & Scallions
( I didn't need the yogurt)

3sp used on quiche and oatmeal cup.
