My 29sp Day


My 29sp Day

Sooo....it doesn't look like a lot of food but I was saving points to go out to dinner. No pic...but I got a grilled chicken Sammie on a Kaiser bun with pepper jack, avocado and Chipotle mayo. I cut it into 4 sections and ate 3.  I also got a side salad...but only ate a couple bites. You know salads and I
have a love/ hate relationship.

2 medium eggs over easy
shredded hashbrown,  Canadian bacon
Multiseed Soy Sauce Crackers
14 calorie popsicle( aldi)
Fruit
2 Think Thin Protein Bites
