Here's a list of 1sp snacks, foods, meals, and ingredients to help you get through the day...especially if you're low on points or just like to graze like I do!

1 laughing cow wedge

1/3oz The Good Bean sea salt chickpeas
1 Hershey kiss
1/2c peanut puffs (Aldi)
1/3c st smuckers syrup
2T low fat parmesan ranch dressing (trader joes)
3 slices Jones Canadian bacon
1T SF smuckers  caramel or hot fudge sauce 
1 ice cream cone (Aldi)
1 slice ham, cheese, spinach quiche ( my recipe found at

1 slice zucchini parmesan and onion quiche ( my recipe)
1 banana bread muffin (my recipe)
1 Apple Cinnamon muffin( my recipe)
1 banana blueberry baked oatmeal cups ( my recipe)

1 Hebrew national 97 % FF hotdog
3/4c fit & active egg sub(Aldi)
pack if fit & active no sugar added gummy fruit (Aldi)
2oz shredded hashbrown (Aldi/ Wegmans)
1 Tumaro tortilla
1 Joseph's pita
1/2 Joseph's lavash bread 
4oz canned chicken (Aldi)
1 Clancy pretzel rod(Aldi)
11 Clancy veggie chips (Aldi)
1/10 of ring of sf Angel Food Cake (Wal-Mart bakery)
3oz Great Value Seasoned cooked Chicken breast (Wal-Mart)
3oz Cooked lemon pepper chicken breast (trader joes)
1/4c Contadina Italian herb spaghetti sauce
1/4c ff ricotta
3oz Shredded Taco Chicken ( my recipe)
Chicken fried cauliflower rice (my recipe)
1T light Hellmans Mayo
4 Schoolhouse Cookies (trader joes)
1T reduced fat grated 
parmesan 
2T FF sour cream
1/8c ff cream cheese
chai latte made with sf oregon chai(Wal-Mart) and 1c unsweetened Almond milk(Aldi)
